In which case can I use the hotline?
You can use the hotline for questions regarding:
- Temporary protection and the right to continued stay in the host country for 26 countries in Europe
- Visits to Ukraine and their impact on temporary protection
- Available support for voluntary returns to Ukraine
The call-centre working hours are 8:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday, Central European Time.
The operators can answer your questions in Ukrainian, Russian and English languages.

✅ A compatible device (laptop, tablet or smartphone) and a stable Internet connection are required to make a call

For calls in Ukraine: 0 800 307 711 — a general hotline operated by Donbas SOS, a partner of the UN Refugee Agency. Donbass SOS provides information and advice. If you need help but don’t know where to turn, Donbas SOS can direct you to the appropriate partner.
For calls from abroad: if you are abroad, fill out THE FORM and our operators will call you back (free of charge).
