In which case can I use the hotline?
You can use the hotline for questions regarding:
- Temporary protection and the right to continued stay in the host country for 26 countries in Europe
- Visits to Ukraine and their impact on temporary protection
- Available support for voluntary returns to Ukraine

The call-centre working hours are 8:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday, Central European Time.
The operators can answer your questions in Ukrainian, Russian and English languages.

✅ A compatible device (laptop, tablet or smartphone) and a stable Internet connection are required to make a call
